By using this site you agree to these terms. Short version: browse freely, buy on our Shopify store, and be decent.

Purchases

All sales are transacted through our Shopify storefront, and Shopify's terms of sale apply at checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise shown. Because products are printed to order, order cancellations are only possible before production begins — get in touch quickly if you need to change something.

Product representations

We work to make product photography accurate, but garment colours may vary slightly between screens and print runs. Designs are released in limited runs and may be discontinued at any time without notice — that's the point.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, and site content are the property of Garibaldi Goods Co. and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garibaldi Goods Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
